Green Beach House is a comfortable and well-equipped beach house, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay by the coast. The house is located in a family-friendly condominium consisting of three houses: Yellow, Green, and Blue. The main infinity pool is shared between these three houses, while Green Beach House also has its own private jacuzzi for exclusive use by its guests. The house has 4 bedrooms in total: 3 suites, 1 reversible room, and 1 bedroom without a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The house offers: 3 double beds 2 single beds 2 sofa beds 3 hammocks for relaxing 6-burner stove Refrigerator Barbecue area Electric oven Private jacuzzi 4 bathrooms Wi-Fi internet Please note: guests must bring their own bed linen and bath towels. The maximum capacity is 12 people, including adults and children. For extra comfort, the house can also be rented with one of our staff members to assist with cleaning and cooking for guests on Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This service is optional and costs R$150.00 per day. Check-in is from 2:00 PM on Friday. Check-out is until 3:00 PM on Sunday. Weekend rate: R$3,000.00 Carnival and New Year’s Eve: R$15,000.00 Holy Week and Christmas: R$7,500.00 September 7th holiday: R$4,900.00 From September 7 to September 10. The house must be returned clean. Alternatively, if guests prefer not to clean it themselves, an extra cleaning fee of R$150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit. All houses require a security deposit to cover possible damages.
